Shurway Contracting achieves Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) Certification & Licencing

Shurway Contracting Ltd is proud to announce that we have achieved Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) certification and licencing.

The HCRA was designated by the Government of Ontario effective February 1, 2021 as the regulatory authority under the New Home Construction Licensing Act, 2017. Previously, the Tarion Warranty Corporation has been the delegated administrative authority responsible for licensing home builders and vendors in Ontario.

To become licenced, we have been assessed by HCRA’s rigorous evaluation process against recognized standards showing our commitment to quality and assurance. Additionally, this process required examining and documenting all of our processes and qualifications.

Above all, as an HCRA licenced certified company, Shurway Contracting Ltd will follow the requirements, specifications, guidelines and characteristics set forth by this certification.By achieving this certification, we are able to anticipate the demands of our customers. Additionally, we are also able to demonstrate our commitment to providing quality of service, effective cost, and timely delivery.
