Jiffy Self Storage Facility Update

This project in Ajax involves the construction of 130,000SF of self storage and office space including 10 single storey buildings of 55,000SF and one 3 storey building of 75,000SF. Shurway completed site development and servicing work last year and broke ground for the buildings in April 2021. We have recently completed steel piling for the shoring system at the North side of the site and wood lagging is now underway. As the buildings progress, the structural steel frame will be clad with curtainwall, prefinished metal panels and precast concrete and aluminum cladding. The project will be completed in early 2022.
