The Granite Club Aquatics Facility

Substantial Completion was achieved on this complex project in December 2019. This was a 2 phased project which commenced in Fall 2018. Phase 1 saw the demolition and reconstruction of the club’s Tad pool which now features an infinity edge, as well as construction of a structural platform and lift to accommodate the new reception area.

Phase 2 involved extensive work to the underside of the roof deck above the smaller Tad pool and the larger Lap pool. To accomplish this, a cantilevered engineered scaffold was installed over the pools, which remained operational during the entirety of phase 2 while new sprinklers, lights and acoustic panels were installed on a platform high above the operational pool.
